The short version
Message support no later than 7 days after activation. Should IPPlayTV fail to run properly on your device, and the team cannot sort it out, the whole payment comes back to you. Every plan length and screen count is covered. To avoid surprises, try the free trial on your own TV first.
When you are entitled to a refund
Live channels or on-demand titles refuse to play on a supported device, although you completed the setup guide and tried the fixes support suggested.
Constant buffering persists after support has moved you to another server and tuned your player or decoder settings.
A channel listed on our site on the day you ordered cannot be watched.
When a refund does not apply
Everything works, yet you would simply prefer to stop, or the claim comes in once the 7 days are over.
The trouble comes from your home broadband, from filtering by your ISP or from hardware outside our supported list. Our team will still lend a hand, and this is the reason the free trial is there: to test compatibility beforehand.
We closed the account because the login rules in our terms were breached.
Claiming your money back
Write to +212 772 096 856 on WhatsApp, giving your username and a sentence or two about the fault. Give support a fair chance to repair it first. Most faults are fixed during one conversation.
If repair turns out to be impossible, we return the money within 5 business days, using the method you paid with.
Why renewals are not covered
Only a first order qualifies. A renewal is not refundable, since by then the service has already proven itself on your equipment. Renewal pricing sits on the plans page.
